Panorama Trail Mils/Schönwies
Starting in the small village of Mils, a scenic trail leads you along quiet paths and over gentle hills, offering breathtaking views of the Inn Valley and the surrounding mountains. Along the way, you'll traverse dense forests, skirt blooming alpine meadows, and discover secluded rest areas where time seems to stand still.
Here you can simply breathe deeply , feel the vastness and let your soul unwind.

Muttekopfhütte
The hike leads from Hoch-Imst up to the Muttekopfhütte, a cozy destination nestled in the mountains. Along the way , breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains repeatedly unfold, while alpine meadows, small streams , and rocky outcrops invite you to linger – at the hut itself, you can enjoy the view during a break and truly experience the tranquility of the mountains.
Rosengarten Gorge Imst
A true insider tip for nature lovers starts right in the town and winds its way through an impressive, picturesque gorge up into the mountains to Hoch-Imst. At the end of the hike, a small, mysterious grotto awaits, inviting exploration and wonder.

Starkenberg Panorama Trail
The Starkenberger Panorama Trail starts not too far from our apartments. From here you can hike in either direction – either towards Zams or towards Imst. The trail is divided into seven stages, so you can decide for yourself how far you want to go.

Spezialtipp
A hike through the Milser Au floodplain is a must. This natural gem is a reminder of how beautiful and biodiverse untouched river landscapes can be. This sensitive natural area is home to numerous animals and plants. Please be especially mindful when exploring the floodplain.
The cycling and mountain biking paradise

Inn Cycle Path
The popular Inn Cycle Path runs nearby and is perfect for longer, flat tours along the Inn River. Here you can relax and enjoy the scenery, discover villages and riverbanks, and explore the surroundings at your leisure from the saddle.

Bike tour to the Venetalm
From our apartments, you can embark on a varied tour up to the Ventalm. The route offers gentle climbs, magnificent views of the surrounding mountains, and quiet roads that make cycling a truly enjoyable experience.

Mils itself is an ideal starting point for all cyclists – whether you prefer leisurely tours or are looking for more challenging routes. From here, numerous routes can be combined individually, so everyone can find the perfect tour for themselves.

Imst Climbing Center
The Imst climbing center is a highlight for beginners, families, and professionals alike. The "Pyramid" is particularly impressive – a tower with numerous top-rope, lead climbing, and bouldering routes. Both indoors and outdoors, the walls offer a variety of difficulty levels , ensuring everyone can find their favorite route.
Muttekopf area
The Muttekopf area above Imst is a true climbing paradise. From the Muttekopfhütte mountain hut, you can access both the family-friendly waterfall via ferrata and the more challenging Imst via ferrata to the Maldonkopf summit, both offering impressive views of the surrounding mountains.
Climbing around Mils
A true climbing paradise awaits you around Mils near Imst. The region offers numerous via ferratas and rock climbing routes, from the family-friendly waterfall via ferrata near the Muttekopfhütte to the impressive Imst via ferrata on the Maldonkopf. We can also recommend the Steinsee area , located very close to Starkenbach. In Hoch-Imst, you'll also find diverse climbing gardens and comfortable bouldering areas.

Those looking to recharge will find several lovingly designed Kneipp facilities in the region. The refreshingly cold water revitalizes tired legs after a hike or bike ride, promotes circulation , and provides a little wellness moment amidst nature. Perfect for quickly getting back in shape and continuing your journey.

Canyoning is a true adventure for anyone who loves action. Accompanied by an experienced guide, you'll navigate narrow gorges , traverse smooth rocks , plunge into refreshing pools , and pass by cascading waterfalls . At the end, you'll emerge from the canyon feeling energized and with a huge grin on your face.
Rund um die Region warten zahlreiche Naturbadeseen. Perfekt, um an warmen Tagen abzutauchen, durchzuatmen und die Ruhe zu genießen.
Nur 8 km entfernt liegt der Tramser Weiher, ein kleiner Natursee, an dem ihr kaum mehr hört als Vogelzwitschern. In Imst erwartet euch zudem ein gemütlicher Badesee mit Liegewiesen, klarem Wasser und einem schönen Blick auf die umliegenden Berge. Auch einige Bergseen sind nach einer kurzen Wanderung erreichbar.
In der Region findet ihr auf jeden Fall zahlreiche kleine Naturbadeseen, die euch die Natur noch ein Stück näherbringen.

In the Swiss Stone Pine Park at Hochzeiger, children can discover nature at its most beautiful. The Swiss stone pine, one of the region's most important trees, takes center stage here. Designed around it, exciting attractions await, such as the Swiss stone pine ball climbing tree , the Swiss stone pine ball run , the Swiss stone pine water fountain , and many other nature-based games that will delight young explorers.

Alpin Coaster Imst
The Imst Alpine Coaster is a true highlight, as at 3.5 kilometers it's the longest alpine roller coaster in the world . The track winds through curves, over small hills, and past stunning mountain scenery. The coaster is also perfect for children , either as passengers with their parents or, if they're tall enough, in their own sled.

Of course, there's much more for little ones to discover nearby. Adventure playgrounds , climbing courses , lovingly designed petting zoos , exciting nature trails, and splashing water features invite them to embark on their own explorations. Everywhere you look, there are new adventures to be had, where children can romp, laugh, and experience nature up close.

AREA 47
Area 47 is a huge outdoor adventure park at the entrance to the Ötztal valley, just 17 km from our apartments. Action and thrills await you on 95,000 m²:
Rafting on wild rivers, canyoning through gorges, bungee jumping , climbing in a high ropes course , Blob jumps, water slides , obstacle courses , and a bike park for all cycling enthusiasts. There's truly something for everyone who loves adventure in nature.




Paragleiten
Paragliding offers a completely new perspective on the mountains. Launch from one of the nearby peaks and glide gently through the air as the valleys and surrounding mountains unfold below. Whether as a tandem flight with an experienced guide or solo for experienced pilots – the experience is an unforgettable adventure over the Tyrolean Alps.
